01Our services

TFM provides lead generation and video growth services, including video production, websites and funnels, social media strategy, paid advertising management and GHL automations. Services are offered as Consultation, Done-for-you, Done-with-you or combined packages. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each client are set out in a proposal, invoice or service agreement ("Agreement"). If an Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement controls.

02Discovery calls

Discovery calls are free and do not create any obligation for you or for us. We review every application and may decline to work with a business that is not a good fit.

03Pricing and payment

• Prices shown on the website are starting points. Your final quote is set after your discovery call.
• Ad spend is separate from our fees and is paid directly to the advertising platforms.
• Monthly tiers and retainers are billed in advance and are month-to-month unless your Agreement says otherwise.
• Late or failed payments may pause work, campaigns or automations until the account is current.
• Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable unless your Agreement says otherwise.

04Cancellation

Month-to-month services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date, unless your Agreement sets a different notice period or minimum term. Project fees for work already started or completed remain due.

05Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access, assets and approvals we need.
• Make sure any content, music, logos or materials you give us are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them.
• Keep your ad accounts, payment methods and platform accounts in good standing.
• Follow the laws and platform policies that apply to your business, including rules for advertising, email and text messaging consent.

06Results

We work hard to grow your leads, views and revenue, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, market, budget, platform algorithms and follow-up. We do not guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, booked calls, views, followers or sales. Examples and reviews on our site reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

07Ownership and usage rights

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless your Agreement says otherwise. TFM keeps ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes, snapshots and know-how. We may show your project in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Raw footage and project files are kept for a limited time and may be provided for an additional fee.

08Third-party platforms

Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as HighLevel, Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions or fees.

09Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the work.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TFM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services involved in the three months before the claim.

11Website use

The content on this website is owned by TFM and is provided for general information. You may not copy, scrape or misuse it. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above.
